Steven Samson is an attorney with more than 30 years experience. We help people protect themselves and their loved ones in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration.
We also represent people who have been the victims of investment fraud such as churning, unsuitable recommendations and theft. Mr. Samson has encountered investment frauds of all types, involving mutual funds, stocks, stock options, bonds, limited partnerships, precious metal leverage contracts, annuities, promissory notes, and theft. Mr. Samson also represents registered representatives in securities arbitration and in regulatory matters. Mr. Samson is a chair qualified FINRA industry arbitrator. He is also a certified mediator.
Mr. Samson is a strong believer in public service and community. He is the former chairman of the Evanston Commission on Aging and has served on the Evanston Plan Commission, the Evanston Zoning Board of Appeals, and the Evanston Economic Development Committee. Because many of his clients are elderly and many of his clients are busy professionals he often makes appointments to see people in their homes during the day, in the evenings, or on weekends.
